COMPANY HISTORY

 

 

Stanley F Cutter Ltd is a well established Company who has been in the Engineering  trade

since 1960

 

 

 

 

Stanley Cutter founded the Company in 1960.

 

 

 

David Newton took over the Company in 1985 having worked for Mr Cutter for a number of years.

 

 

 

 

The present owners Neil Thompson & Shaun Smith took over the Company in 1999 having worked for both Mr Cutter & Mr Newton

 

 

 

We specialise in the fitting of Terex-Atlas Loaders to chassis but all makes of crane fittings can be undertaken, we Service, Repair, LOLER and Crane Test all makes and models of cranes, including tail lifts and we have been Atlas Agents for the past 48 years,

 

 

 

 

We manufacture our own hydraulic hoses and small fabrication work is often undertaken

 

 

 

 

We are situated within close proximity to the A19 and A194M (A1M) and we can travel up to Berwick and down to York
